From My Kitchen : Gulai Ikan Tongkol (Gulai Nasi Dagang)



Gulai Ikan Tongkol (Gulai Nasi Dagang)

Aku rujuk kat sumber tu, mengikut sukatan sendiri.
Ye la, setakat aku nak makan berdua dengan En Zul, jadah sangat nak buat banyak-banyak kan.



Bahan-bahan A :

  • Ikan tongkol (1 ekor - sederhana)
  • Asam Keping (2 Keping)
  • Garam secukupnya
  • Air 2 cawan
Rebus bahan A sampai ikan masak.



Bahan-bahan B :
  • *Bawang merah (2 biji)
  • *Bawang putih (3 ulas)
  • *Halia (1 inci)
  • *Kunyit hidup (1 inci)
  • *Biji ketumbar (1/2 sudu makan)
  • *Jintan putih (1/2 sudu makan)
  • *Jintan manis (1/2 sudu makan)
  • Cili boh/giling (6 sudu - aku pakai cili boh cap puteri)
  • Cili api (7 biji)
  • Cili hidup merah/hijau (5 biji)
  • Santan (500ml)
  • Daun pandan
  • Timun (potong ikut suka)

Cara-cara :
  • Blend semua bahan bertanda *
  • Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan *
  • Tumis bersama daun pandan dan cili boh. Tumis sampai pecah minyak.
  • Masukkan ikan dan & air rebusan
  • Masukkan santan, cili api, cili hidup dan timun.
  • Masukkan garam secukupnya.
  • Siap & hidang


Alhamdulillah menjadi resepi ni.
Cuma nasi dagang je tak try buat lagi.
Next time boleh try nasi dagang pulak.
